I’ve spent 20+ years helping organizations through business transformations, organizational change, and technology shifts. A few years ago, I pitched, built, and scaled a new practice from scratch at Clockwork and now it’s one of the reasons clients choose the firm.

My approach is cross-disciplinary on purpose. I draw on every job I’ve had and everything I can steal from: behavioral science, XD techniques, design thinking, community organizing, advocacy, and the arts.

I believe the best strategy gets made in a room with the people who’ll live with it, so we do things together.

Based in Minneapolis, I’m happiest when things are messiest: you have a project with no playbook, you think you need a role but can’t quite put it into words, or you have an initiative that’s stalled. That’s where the fun lives.
