Ways to Work Together
Strategy + Advising
A thinking partner for the bigger picture.
Some problems don’t fit in a project plan.
How do we stay one organization as we grow? Where do we go next? What do we do with something that doesn’t have a name yet?
I work alongside senior leaders on questions like these, helping organizations stay coherent and purposeful while they’re complex and changing: across business lines, across client relationships, between strategy and execution.
Where I’m most useful:
A board or leadership team is about to approve a big transformation but wants to know what “ready” actually looks like
A function, team, or practice doesn’t exist yet but needs to (I’ve built one from scratch)
A growing organization wants to stay one organization
A leadership team needs a sharp second brain on the big stuff
An initiative has stalled or you think there’s a role you need but can’t quite put into words
How it works: Advising conversations, a focused engagement, or fractional, chief-of-staff-style support during a build or growth phase. I’m a build-the-relationship kind of advisor, not a hand-over-a-deck-and-disappear one.
Facilitation + Workshops
Workshops that turn ideas into action.
These aren’t pie-in-the-sky brainstorms. You leave with a plan, a prototype, tools, or early documentation; something you can point to and say, “this workshop actually delivered.”
Alignment and trust get built along the way, but the goal is always tangible progress.
Where I’m most useful:
You need an AI strategy or a shared plan for how your team will use it
There’s a strategic plan but it’s stuck in someone’s head instead of on paper
A new service, process, or governance structure needs to be mapped before anyone builds it
An innovation needs an implementation plan that will stick
There’s a project full of smart people who need to organize around decisions, not just ideas
Topics include: AI strategy · Strategic planning · Service blueprinting · Governance mapping · Implementation planning · Change planning · Innovation
How it works: Onsite, hybrid, or remote, each format is designed differently so you get full focus and the best thinking from everyone in the room. We start by deciding what you need to walk out with, and I design the session from there.
Transformation, Change + Adoption
Strategy only works if people move with it.
Great ideas rarely die because they were bad. They die in the “after” — the messy part where somebody has to do something differently on Monday.
I help organizations plan and lead that part: launches, restructures, new tools, new ways of working, and the occasional graceful goodbye.
My approach is based in a simple strategy that works: Leaders set the what; the people living with the change set the how. Be crystal clear about what success looks like, then let the people closest to the work figure out how to get there. They’ll spot risks you can’t see from where you sit, and they’ll actually use what they helped build.
Where I’m most useful:
You built or bought something great, and it’s turning into expensive shelfware
There’s been a big AI rollout but it isn’t taking off
A big shift is coming and you want it to land well, not just land
The organization is heading into a merger, a wind-down, or a pivot that has to be handled with care
How it works: A focused engagement or an advising role alongside your team, starting as early as you’ll let me. Building adoption in from day one is much easier than rescuing it later.
